The 90-day program is broken down into three progressive phases, each one carefully designed to build your strength, stability, and confidence. All of which are delivered right to you're mobile phone via my coaching app. Instructions, demo's and if you want to track your progress you can.

Phase 1 – Build Your Base

We start by introducing simple, joint-friendly movements to help you get comfortable with resistance training and improve your overall strength—without feeling overwhelmed or out of your depth.

Phase 2 – Stability & Balance

This phase introduces gentle single-arm and single-leg exercises to build stability and balance—helping to correct any strength imbalances between your left and right sides. It's perfect for improving how you move and feel day to day.

Phase 3 – Strength & Tone

Here, we turn up the dial. You’ll build lean muscle, feel firmer, and boost your metabolism—all of which contribute to a stronger, more energetic you. Don’t worry—it’s all still doable from the comfort of your home.
