Do I need to be fit to start?
Not at all. This program is built for women 50+ who are getting back into fitness. Everything is doable, adjustable, and beginner-friendly.
What equipment do I need?
Just a pair of dumbbells, a resistance band, and a stability ball. That’s it. Below is a list of equipment from Amazon. (You only need the rubber Hex dumbbells or the adjustable. You dont need both if you dont want to)

Can I pay in installments?
Yes! Klarna lets you spread the cost over 3 months, but you still get full access from Day 1.
How do I access the program?
You’ll use a simple coaching app that has everything in one place: workouts with demonstrations, habit tracker, and support, along with in messaging if you need any help from me.
Is there a start date?
