“I’ve never done strength training before. Will this be too much for me?”
Not at all. Every session is tailored to your ability, fitness level, and confidence. You’ll progress safely and at your own pace.
“Do I need to be fit before I start?”
Absolutely not. Most of my clients start after years — sometimes decades — of doing very little. This program is designed to help you start where you are.
“Is this like a bootcamp or group class?”
Nope. These are private coaching sessions. You can train 1-to-1 or bring a friend to share the session — no big groups, no pressure.
“What if I’ve got aches, pains, or past injuries?”
That’s exactly why Age Strong With Andy exists. We’ll work around any limitations safely and effectively, without making you feel out of your depth.
“How much does it cost?”
