How much is it?
With access to me (I'm just a message away) and my support whenever you need it, £199 per month gets you everything you need to change your life for good.
What do i get?
Personalised Nutrition Targets: No restrive meal plan, no telling you can't eat this or you can't drink that. I help educate you on the basics of nutrition, so that you can reach your goals whilst still enjoying life, yes including wine and chocolate!
Personalised Exercise Plan: You can either workout in the gym or at home, either way i'll create and tailor your movement plan that fits your lifestyle, ability level, and helps you achieve your goals.
2 x Monthly 1:1's: Every 2 weeks we'll have a 1:1 with eachother, to make sure your happy, moving in the right direction. Go over anything thats going well or not so well, but also to help keep you motivated and staying on track.
Weekly Check-Ins: I'm only a message away, whatever questions or support you may need. I'll keep in touch with you weekly, often having someone in your corner, believing in you, holding you accountable is the one thing you've been missing to achieve you goal.
Support & Feeback: I'll help you stay focused and motivated, but also help you look at yourself in a new light, with me in your corner, i'll make sure you stay on top of your game.

How do I know if 1:1 Coaching is right for me?
- If you're ready to start being pro-active with your health and fitness, but don't know where to start.
- If your caught in the 'ALL OR NOTHING, cycle of being motivated, start making progress, something happens and you feel like you've failed and end up quitting. And so the cycle continues, and you never get the results you want.
- You want support, guidance and accountabiltiy from someone who will listen to you, meet you where you're at and believe in you!
- You value that if you want to get a result or achieve a certain goal, asking for help is ultimately going to get you there far quicker than trying to figure it out on you're own.
Do I have to workout?
Exercise, is one of the best acts of self-care you can commit to. Regardless of your ability level or weight. Regular exercise has huge positive effects on your health. So i will encourage you to move your body more, how we do that, depends on your current fitness level and the things you enjoy.
I don't have a gym membership, does it matter?
Not at all, there are home workouts we can tailor to you, all with low cost minimal equipment. (I can help advise you if you want to invest in a few pieces of equipment)
Do I need give up cake & wine?
I don't give up beer and crisps, I certainly won't be asking you to give up anything you enjoy. I'm a hige advocat for applying the 80/20 method. So there might be things you have to limit or consume in moderation, especially if its clashing with your goals. But give up, no!
Do I have to count calories?
Not if you dont want to. One thing i will say, and i believe is so worth while, is spending a period of time, even if only or a week or 2. Is tracking your food intake/calories, this helps with calorie awareness, by actually seeing how many calories your consuming on a daily/weekly basis. This can really be a light bulb moment and a game changer.
I'm not sure, £199 per month, seems like a lot of money?
The problem people have when putting a price on something, is they don't see the value in what it will bring. Most people wont bat an eyelid at speding several hundred pounds each month on clothes, going on holiday, meals out or socialising. The cost of coaching often isn't the issue, It's you ultimately more down to YOU not thinking your worthy of change. Or YOU thinking you've failed so many times before, you dont belive you can do it.
This is where i come in and show YOU that can, because i believe in YOU!
What I wont ask you to do
- I wont ask you to give up your soacial life, the foods you enjoy, none of that.
- I wont ask you to spend endless hours in the gym or countless hours meal prepping.
- I wont ask you to spend tons of money on supplements that are a waste of time, that you don't need.
What I will ask you to do
- Give it time, long lasting, worthwhile change, takes time. You've more than likely spent decades creating bad habits. Your not going to change that in a week, Give it atleast 3 months.....
- Be accountable to the nutrition and the workout/lifestyle advice. Your current dietary and daily habits, aren't doing you any favours. I cant help you if your not consistent with the things that matter
- Make time for it and commit to fitting the workouts in, 3 x 30 - 45 mins is more than managable
- Be ready to take action and make changes
