The Why
Age Strong With Andy was founded three years ago, not just as a business—but as a mission. After beating cancer and losing my mum to the same disease, I felt a calling to follow in her footsteps.
I’d spent much of my childhood watching from the back of gyms and sports halls while she coached women through movement. She was strong, compassionate, and lit up every room she entered. And through her, I learned something important: women in their 40s, 50s and beyond weren’t getting the help they truly needed.
They were being overlooked, underserved, and too often told to “take it easy” just when life was demanding more from them—more energy, more strength, more resilience.
That didn’t sit right with me.
So I opened the Age Strong studio and began helping women—many navigating peri or post menopause—rebuild strength, move better, feel better, and reclaim the version of themselves they thought they’d lost.
But here's the thing: the studio is nearly full. And I’m not content stopping there.
There are too many women out there being told that aches, fatigue, and decline are just “part of getting older.”
Too many who feel stuck, unsure where to start, and unsure who to trust.
That’s why I created the Health Pension Program—a 90-day online journey designed to help women 50+ feel strong, capable and in control of their health again.
Because muscle matters.
Because sleep matters.
Because protein, movement, daily habits and small choices add up.
And because the cost of not doing these things—losing independence, dealing with preventable pain, or simply feeling like life is shrinking—is too high.

💡 What is the Health Pension Program?
The Health Pension Program is a 90-day online coaching experience designed to help women in midlife build strength, energy, and confidence — all from the comfort of home.
You’ll follow a proven 3-phase structure that I’ve used with dozens of women over the past few years, helping them feel better in their bodies, move with ease, and regain a sense of control.
🧱 The Structure – 3 Phases for Long-Term Results
Each phase is 4 weeks long and builds gradually — no overwhelm, just steady, feel-good progress:
- Foundation Phase – Build confidence and overall strength with simple, joint-friendly movements tailored to your starting point.
- Stability Phase – Introduce more single-leg and single-arm exercises to improve balance, coordination, and even out any strength differences.
- Acceleration Phase – Increase intensity slightly to boost your metabolism, strengthen your core, and start seeing and feeling changes in your body.
These aren’t random workouts — the exercises, flow, and progressions are tried and tested. I’ve seen brilliant success with this approach, and I know it works… as long as you show up and put in the effort. I’ll guide you — but the results will come from your consistency.
🏋️♀️ The Training – Simple but Effective
- 2–3 strength-based home workouts per week
- Optional movement or conditioning sessions
- Designed for women 50+ (no burpees, no jumping!)
- You’ll need just: dumbbells, a resistance band & a stability ball (approx. £50–£110 setup)
- Exercise substitutions provided if needed — it’s all adjustable
✅ The Habits – Small Changes That Stick
You'll also track healthy habits using an easy check-in feature in the coaching app, like:
- Daily step goal
- Protein with meals
- Fruit & veg intake
- Sleep & hydration
These habits stack up over time, and you’ll start feeling the difference in your energy, strength, and focus.
🤝 The Support – You’re Not Doing This Alone
From the moment you join, I’m here to support you.
- Bi-weekly (every two weeks) check-ins to keep you accountable and supported
- In-app messaging if you need guidance or a little encouragement
- Personalised help setting up your equipment and your app
- A prep week to get you ready before we start
- Group size is capped at 10 women so I can offer the personal support you deserve

You don’t need to figure anything out on your own. Here’s how the Health Pension Program works from start to finish:
1️⃣ Join & Secure Your Spot
Once you sign up, you’ll receive a welcome message from me and access to your private coaching app. I’ll walk you through everything, step-by-step.
💬 You can message me directly inside the app whenever you need support, have a question, or just want to check in. You're never doing this alone.
2️⃣ Prep Week
Before we officially begin, we take one full week to get set up:
I’ll help you choose the right equipment (just a few basics — nothing expensive)
You’ll set up your app profile and daily habit tracker
You'll go through a simple checklist so you feel clear and confident about how everything works
No pressure, no rush — just a calm, supported start.
3️⃣ Start Your Health Pension
From there, you begin your 90-day journey — with support from me every step of the way.
You’ll complete 2–3 workouts per week using simple, effective movements
You’ll track healthy habits like steps, sleep, and protein — all inside the app
You’ll get bi-weekly check-ins (every 2 weeks) to reflect, adjust, and stay on track
4️⃣ What Happens After the 90 Days?
By the end of the program, you’ll feel stronger, more capable, and more confident — not just in your body, but in knowing exactly what works for you.
You’ll have the confidence to repeat the program again on your own, even without the app or my support.
Or, if you’ve enjoyed working together, you may choose to:
- Continue with 1:1 online coaching, or
- Wait for the next Health Pension Program intake and join us again
Either way, you’ll finish the 90 days with the tools, experience, and momentum to keep moving forward on your terms.
